To take part, you must be continuously employed with us from August 1, 2025 (as a staff member, temporary worker, or driver in the fixed pool of the Supply Chain of AS Watson Benelux). Additionally, you must still be employed with us on September 13, 2025. Partners, friends, and family cannot join—unless they also meet these conditions 😊.

You can register using your personal login code; this is a combination of your employee number and date of birth. If you use the link in the invitation email, you will be automatically logged in. You will also select your bus pickup location here.

Please note: changes can be made until August 1, 2025, at the latest. After this date, you can still cancel your registration via the cancellation link in the confirmation email, but only with a valid reason.

Transport & Accessibility

During registration, you’ll choose a pickup location. You’ll receive the exact times well before the event.

No. We kindly ask you to use the organized bus transportation and not to come with your own vehicle. If you have any questions about this, please contact your district manager.

Only with good reason. Discuss with your supervisor. Living within 15 km of Walibi allows own transport (no mileage reimbursement).

No, if you take the bus, you will travel both to and from the event by bus. The only exception is for colleagues who are 17 years old or younger on September 13, 2025. For this group, a Kiss & Ride option is available for the return journey. If you wish to use this option, please indicate it during registration.
